1. What types of drinkware does ModinMug offer? We offer a wide variety of modern drinkware, including:

  • Personalized & aesthetic designs
  • Cold & hot beverage cups

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your drinkware products durable and safe? Yes! Our products are made from high-quality ceramic, stainless steel, borosilicate glass, and food-grade materials. Most are microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and BPA-free.

7. How do I care for my drinkware?

  • Ceramic & glass: Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended)
  • Insulated tumblers: Hand wash preferred for longevity
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes (hot to cold) on glassware
  • Do not use in microwave if it has metal parts Specific care instructions are included with each product.
